Objective
The major responsibility of this ministry is the care and maintenance of our buildings and grounds that involve expenditures of less than $5,000 + - 10 %. This involves the day-to-day maintenance of the facilities, cleaning the building and grounds on a schedule that meets the use of the facilities.

Scope and Method of Accomplishing
Opening and closing of building.
Clean facilities before each service and as needed in case of emergency happenings.
Make sure the baptistery is ready for use.
Check a/c controls and set at comfortable settings.
Buy supplies for restrooms and make sure they are kept ready for use. Fill out purchase orders, sign and place in office for approval.
Care for the grounds and parking lot making sure they are kept clean and well maintained on a weekly basis.
Organize, plan and schedule work days to involve others from time to time to do things that are not a part of the normal cleaning job.
Follow guidelines for use of the building and equipment.
